The Making of The Most Expensive Coffee

The Civet Poops Gourmet Coffee

This is the maker of the world's most expensive coffee.
This mammal - Civet, is native to Africa and Asia, responsible for pooping out the world's most expensive coffee, called Kopi Luwak.
Civets are fed coffee cherries, and during digestion the animal's enzymes mix with the coffee beans before they pass it through, giving the beans a unique, bitter taste.

In East Java, workers use gloves to clear the results of the feast.

These are not peanuts and nougat.
